Magic Trolls and the Trolls Warriors was a animation released as a pilot intended to start a new franchise.

It was released in 1992 and was not an official Good Luck Trolls product and was made by Applause, Inc.

It was released on VHS as a standalone story, but later also had a re-release alongside Trollies Radio Show Sing-A-Long by Pocket Money Videos which was also a counterfeit Troll Doll product. It was released to exploit the situation with the popularity of Troll Dolls and made use of the issue with the copyright of Dam Things being in question at the time. Many details of the animation are vague besides it being a pilot animation that would have lead to a further animated series.

It was created to promote the counterfeit toylines "Magic Trolls" and "Troll Warriors", neither of which were real Good Luck Trolls toylines. While "Magic Trolls" was intended to be a female toyline, "Warrior Trolls" was more suited for boys. Information on the two respective toylines remain unknown.
